Dear stakeholders, Following stakeholder engagement earlier this year, NHS England has today launched a public consultation on proposed changes to the service specification for children and young people's gender services. This document describes the changes that we are now proposing from the interim service specification, in order to bring it into alignment with the final report from the Cass Review. This public consultation will run for 90 days. Please submit your responses using the online survey by 2 November 2025.
