It's honestly really depressing that the last 2 stream games for me (Lightning Returns & FF Tactics) haven't been fun at all. LR I think is just genuinely terrible, where as FF Tactics is good but I didn't like the gameplay all that much :(

Everything Burns is such a banger track, and I love it deeply, but m10's track "The Mirror" has been *so catchy* to me out of all the new raid tracks. The chorus there just hits perfectly lol such a vibe. Def a new top favorite XIV track for me

"we USE ai, but our game wont CONTAIN it" is a clarification that no one has ever cared about & now CEOs are using it as a wedge to get their foot in the door as a part of a long term plan into normalizing AI, just like how 'it's just placeholder' was used with E33. dont cede even an inch of ground

The only opinion I'll publicly share about the game awards is that there was wayyy too much normalization of AI use, both in some of the games nominated (and in at least one case, *won* an award) and also in quite a lot of the advertising shown. It's gross and they'll never make me like or accept it

Rolled credits on Metroid Prime 4 (100% item completion)
I think this will be considered the new "black sheep" of the Prime series lol (OtherM probably still takes that title overall though). I enjoyed it mostly, but there will 100000% be youtube videos like, "PRIME 4 WAS A FAILURE"
