was a lot of work, back-and-forths, and copy changes even up to these last hours. but we have creating the docs everyone implementing or thinking of implementing @standard.site has been waiting for.

idk what you could share though. one thing I'd like is a better designed PDS frontend with passkey and captcha support out of the box. but something that could just be packaged along/on top the basic PDS. any idea on what could be shared outside of ui? maybe moderation in some way.

i don’t think normal users care about this. so not for your buddies, this would probably be best for B2B. sell pds as a service to app devs so they can have app specific handles for their users AND so they don’t have send users somewhere else to sign up for atproto

it also improves security. you can disable direct root access, so h4krs would need to compromise a user account and escalate privileges. you can audit commands, and even use accounts for different services by controlling exactly which commands they can run via sudo
