How do those of you that deal with chronic pain handle the mental fatigue it causes? I’m so over my sciatica pain but dealing with it mentally is starting to really bother me mentally.

As my mom is moving into senior housing she has to put her aging dog down. Today I am taking him to do that for her. Please keep her and my dad in your thoughts as they don’t want to do this but it has to be done. What a way to spend my birthday😢

For those who were following my journey I am still walking. Not everyday but usually 5-6 times a week. My sciatic nerve has flared up again. But I just try to walk then rest. I have lost a total of 56lbs and am down a pant size. Here is my picture from today. I still send it to my mom!!!

Depressed lately. Missing my #wynonnaearp friends lately. This app isn’t the same as Twitter. Yes I still call it twitter. Could also be that I’m jealous of those going to the upcoming conventions. Could also be that I just hit 20 years at my job & others got a big shindig with cake & balloons…

I’m not allowed in stores by myself when I crave sugar anymore. Went for drink mix came home with a new pillow, a bag of meatballs, cottage cheese, jelly beans, 3 choc/marshmallow eggs, and Ben and Jerry’s. Ate all but the meatballs. Gonna be a rough night. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. But I did go for a walk before hand.

I think one of the reasons I fell in love with #wynonnaearp is because of how the cast and crew interact with their fans. Just a simple like on a comment makes my day. It shows me they actually read the comments and care.

It’s amazing how 46 degrees in the fall is freezing but in the spring…not so bad🤣🤣
