Just out - #HistoricEngland Report On Local Authority Historic Environment Staff Resources 2024 considers that the number of #localauthority #archaeology #curatorial staff employed in England fell by 11% in 2023-24 (=31.5FTE), to an estimated 248.44 FTE.
