The clocks have changed and I have been outside enjoying the light evenings both nights since. This is what has been missing for the past few months!! Feeling motivated!

Clearing away last year's dead foliage, I found snowdrops resolutely peeking out below.

Today we emerged from the storm. The world was fresh and bright, as if the past had been blown away. I like that feeling of a fresh start - it feels full of possibility.

Just got an email from my first coaching client. I worked with them last year on developing the confidence to give presentations. Today, they led whole school training and emailed to thank me for helping them overcome this fear. This is why I love coaching!
