I caught myself comparing my work to a classmate’s and beating myself up because I couldn’t get things done like I wanted/didn’t have enough time and I saw her today using AI to get her notes done for class so…never comparing myself to anyone else I guess

every few days i remember i am disabled and get so depressed by the fact that i pushed myself so much for so long to the point of burnout and losing my passion because of pure stress and exhaustion…my point is, be kind to yourself every day
