Another thing that has helped is legit unfollowing and not giving the time of day to the "you are your own hell/misery/depression" folks that infuriate me as someone with severe depression disorders and has to work with them. I don't CHOOSE when I'm depressed or have spirals. Wish I could choose
Feel awful for admitting that muting/unfollowing like 3 accounts made it so I can actually see art and 90% less stress on my main feed.
I'm cool with frequent posts and reposts but sometimes limits/timing yourself is neat (it takes a lottttt for me to mute/unfollow)

Trying to get a working vehicle lately has been a struggle because the universe is actually against it to the point where I'm looking at trying to FLY somewhere for my birthday just to leave the house. Thing is I don't know where I'd even go.
