If someone you know loves speaking poorly of others even "jokingly", bet they're talking about you too. You're not immune. Thats what they do. They feel awful about themselves & lash out. If you stick around for that, you're creating a safe space for toxicity & it gets on you.

I’ve been looking at my life lately, and really appreciating where I’m at.
There are always things we can pick apart about ourselves, but at the end of the day - I am the happiest, brightest, and most colourful version of myself that I have ever been.
I’m so proud of that. 💕
