Thrilled to have secured Breakthrough Therapy Designation. This will accelerate our ability to bring #CARTcells to more children with #DIPG and brain & spinal cord tumors.
Breakthrough Therapy designation gives us the possibility to accelerate the development path for BCB-276 as a CAR T-cell therapy to potentially transform treatment of #DIPG, an incurable brain tumor. Our #CARTcells approach opens a new paradigm for other CNS brain tumors.

Failure is always in the background of any creative project; when the experiments are not working or the results don’t seem to make sense. But for discovery, you can’t deny yourself the permission to fail, and we should better teach failure in all its glory.

Great slide highlighting not only are TILs predictive of pCR...it also translates to being prognostic beyond pCR for good outcome and DFS.

Seems like we have a LOT of data on TILs now, why aren't they standardly provided on path reports???🧐

Why? Which ones?

We conducted an unbiased analysis of response biomarkers and found that hundreds of possible biomarkers collapse into five latent, orthogonal factors that underlie immunotherapy response.
