Iβve been saying this for donkeys years. If MPs or MSPs change horses mid stream, they should stand down and allow the voters to either confirm their reelection or reject them at the ballot box.
Always interesting hearing defecting MPs explain why they wonβt hold a by-election to see if their constituents are happy with their new party

My grandson is currently in college, and with transport assistance as well. Potentially with a decent job at the end and no suffocating debt. Thank you Scottish Government for seeing the potential in young people as future citizens and not cash machines. π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώπ

Your idea of βridiculeβ is very different from mine. We keep voting them into office because we like their spending priorities. Itβs certainly not perfect but itβs a damn site better than what Scotland would look like under Starmerβs nodding dog, Sarwar.
