You can’t take an oath to defend something you don’t even believe in. The Constitution isn’t a suggestion, it’s the foundation. Leaders who shrug at that shouldn’t be anywhere near the Oval Office.

In a move that raises very serious First Amendment issues, ICE executed a major splashy operation in California aiming to arrest a guy for posting fliers with names, pictures, and apparent phone numbers for ICE HSI agents.

The fraud scheme was a phony agreement engineered by the US to have Bukele say he lacks power to return Abrego Garcia and he won't do it.
