My arm is in intense pain to the point where I cannot even hold my phone, let alone type. I physically cannot respond to messages w/o doing additional harm. I need to rest my arm so I cannot reply to discord & will not be on social media

Work takes so much from a disabled person like myself that I don't have spoons for socmed. I don't have spoons to answer DMs/socialize. My illnesses alienate me SO MUCH socially & I fade into background w/ friends bc I don't have energy to keep up. They should keep reaching out but they stop
