I still use the bird app for the singular purpose of checking my local NWS office for more accurate weather forecasts, and Twitter’s doing everything in its power to make me not even want to do that now. It now throws up a splash screen to install the app every time you visit a page or close a tweet

I miss 16:9 phones so bad, man. Give me a Galaxy Note 4 or a Nexus 6 with modern internals and I'd be a happy camper, those were the perfect form factor. 18:9 and beyond is too tall at the screen sizes I want

This is the least consequential complaint anyone has ever had in the world but the coloration of the discard and save draft buttons on mobile Bluesky is annoying. The coloration of the word “discard” makes it look like the option is greyed out, so I find myself accidentally clicking save a lot

How hard are MGS1 and MGS2, chat? I remember making it to the final boss a few times in 3 as a kid (albeit on the easiest or second easiest difficulty….) but I’m HORRIBLE at stealth games. Like, I make that one famous Cuphead clip look like expert pro gameplay when I try to do stealth

Ended up eating crow on this one, ngl. Not going to pretend it was the hypest showcase I've ever seen but there were quite a few exciting or interesting announcements. Konami kinda carried (imagine saying that with a straight face 5 years ago, LOL) but I'm also interested in the God of War remakes
Yooo it's that time of year where I foolishly tune into a State of Play and walk away disappointed, as if every previous State of Play ever made hasn't been largely disappointing and mediocre to me

REMAKES of the original God of War trilogy? I'm admittedly not the biggest fan of GoW 2018, but color me very interested. This might tempt me into trying the originals at some point

Starting to wonder if Konami plans on making a NEW Metal Gear given how focused they are on porting all the old games, especially combined with them resurrecting their old IPs in some form. I don't know if it'd be the same w/o Kojima (& I'm mad what they did to Kojima) but I'm cautiously curious

MGS4 getting a modern port is actually kinda hype, ok. I'm now torn on if I wanna play the PS3 copy I already own or do the smart thing and pay the (hopefully) ~20 bucks for it to not look like total ass on a modern screen

Really tired of having to say "please don't be a Soulslike" over and over in my head during every game showcase any time they showcase a fantasy or medieval game with remotely decent visuals that remotely looks like it might have action combat

If FF7R 3 is announced today I might finally continue Rebirth. I genuinely liked Rebirth but it was starting to feel too padded, exact same issue I had with 7R. Shinra Manor is just especially a god awful horrible slog and I still don't want to touch it lol
