Advicenow has joined 291 charities & legal bodies in a powerful statement in support of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). The ECHR is a vital tool for democracy, enabling ordinary people to hold public bodies accountable for failures (like Hillsborough and Windrush). Let’s defend it.

Finally! Whilst you can still be served a section 21 eviction right now, once the law is implemented it will be illegal! This is amazing news for renters.
The Renters’ Rights Act is NOW LAW!

Soon S21 evictions, which have forced millions of people out of their homes for no reason & with just 2 months notice, will be a thing of the past.

This is what our movement can achieve when we stand together.
