Just realized I never shared this here:
In two weeks my current contract will wrap up and I'll be open for work. If you hear of any opportunities in the new year where I may be a good fit or you just wanna chat, please let me know! I’m open to roles from Canada and the US (I'm a US citizen as well)

Went to a cozy PJs art/nerd Christmas party last night and it was the best! I drew for fun and used markers for the first time in AGES (and btw these are my Tria markers from college!! I’m blown away how most of them are still alive and kicking after 20+ years)

Bill Watterson on Hobbes The so-called gimmick of my strip - the two versions of Hobbes - is sometimes misunderstood. I don't think of Hobbes as a doll that miraculously comes to life when Calvin is around. Neither do I think of Hobbes as the product of Calvin's imagination. Calvin sees Hobbes one way, and everyone else sees Hobbes another way. I show two versions of reality, and each makes complete sense to the participant who sees it. I think thats how life works. None of us sees the world exactly the same way, and I just draw that literally in the strip. Hobbes is more about the subjective nature of reality than about dolls coming to life.
