Starting therapy today. The biggest thing on my mind: How do I - a straight, white, male - still support diversity, equity and inclusion, and not feel like a worthless, hypocritical piece of shit anytime I focus on my own problems? I have the most privilege, my issues always feel unfounded/unearned.

Humans are amazing as individuals and I’m continually in awe of the accomplishments, and levels of empathy and altruistic feelings in so many people I know.
But humanity as a whole is annoying as shit, and it constantly pisses me off.

Serious question - when the news is being controlled by the oligarchs, where do you go to get your information? #WaPo is utterly useless, #NYTimes is awful, and it seems like everything is controlled by Meta, Twitter, or Amazon. So what's next? Where is the resistance being coordinated?
