#SelfCareTips: NOT big on 12-step groups, but love this tip! Saved folks from hospitals, jail, dead or unusual psych symptoms! Ask self, "Am I Hungry, Angry, Lonely,Tired"? Lonely is more complicated & finding PhD/PsyD talk therapists can help at APA.org; psychologytoday.org. Screenshot Google,2025.

Microplastics have now been found in the human heart, lungs, brain, testes, placentas, and breastmilk. Babies are being born pre-polluted by plastics. We MUST reduce the huge amount of plastic being produced and put into the marketplace and our bodies.

George Floyd should be alive today.

He should be raising his daughter, living his life.

5 years later, we owe him more than thoughts and hashtags.

His daughter said, “My daddy changed the world.”

Let’s stop failing her, and him.

Congress must pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act.
