I would also remind them (the Timberwolves) that making a basket in basketball consist of throwing the ball through the circular metal thing attached to the rectangular plexiglass bit. Maybe point out that the circular metal bit has netting attached to it. Might help them find it.

If I was coaching the Timberwolves, I would tell them to make more baskets because making baskets is how you score points in basketball.
