The Accessibility Commissioner Christopher T. Sutton had the honour yesterday of being a part of the Canadian Association of the Deaf’s Deaf flag raising ceremony on Parliament Hill. Deaf culture is a part of our Canadian identity, and it is wonderful to see that being celebrated.
