Accessibility doesn’t exist in isolation. It is tied with race, gender, income, and location. True accessibility means addressing inequality at its roots.

The Accessibility Commissioner Christopher T. Sutton had the honour yesterday of being a part of the Canadian Association of the Deaf’s Deaf flag raising ceremony on Parliament Hill. Deaf culture is a part of our Canadian identity, and it is wonderful to see that being celebrated.
