Yesterday was the penultimate day of the #MarchThroughMarchChallengeI I clocked 1.5 miles of walking while gardening…weeding, pruning, shovelling. It felt good to be outside amidst all the birds and the emerging greenery. The above pic is of our beautiful anemone poppies. @cherifogleman.bsky.social

Did 2 shorter nature walkabouts today for the #MarchThroughMarchChallenge. Today was a mixed bag of weather, but there are definitely signs of Spring everywhere. Looking forward to my morning fitness class tomorrow with @cherifogleman.bsky.social!❤️💪🏻

After an awesome Super Beginner’s Plus fitness class with @cherifogleman.bsky.social I managed to get my 1 mile minimum with chorin’ around the yard for the #MarchThroughMarchCgallenge. But, the weather was fine and we still took a sunset walk after dinner. Feeling tired in a satisfying way. 🥱😴

Today, I took an evening walk between rainy periods. The clouds and the lighting were gorgeous. I am so grateful for the natural beauty that surrounds me daily, which definitely helps keep me motivated to get out and walk. #MarchThroughMarchChallenge @cherifogleman.bsky.social
