Working in racial justice (and similar fields) right now means keeping your resume updated in case the worst happens, while also fighting the "standard career advice" urge to "always be looking for your next opportunity" because the job market in your line of work is about to be real chaotic.

I will never understand how OSU lost to Michigan, but winning the national title isn’t a bad consolation prize 😂 Ryan Day deserves a lot of credit for regrouping and getting this team to band together.
