Third-highest annual arrest total for journalists since Tracker started cataloging them. That's a problem.
Today we released the @uspresstracker.bsky.social annual arrest report, detailing all the arrests, detainments and criminal charges against journalists in 2024 in the US.

The final accounting ? 48 — more than previous two years combined. The analysis:
