Condos $734,400 down 4.4% from August 2024.

U.S. home-purchase contracts canceled at a record rate in July with 15% of agreements falling though. Both in Canada and the states, it’s very important to be priced sharp when listing your home as buyers have a lot of options. Without a good asking price you might not even get any looks.

I’ve lived in Moose Jaw twice - once for architectural engineering and the other to work at 800 CHAB.
The benchmark price for a home in MJ this past July was up 14% to $281,700.
Benchmark in Port Moody: $2,083,000.
Sure PoMo has ocean, mountains and trees but it doesn’t have a big ol’ moose!
