Family members just brought their twin babies home after 8 weeks in NICU. The bill - 2 MILLION dollars. They have insurance, they maxed their deductible in Feb. Regardless, this system is UNSUSTAINABLE and the 8 Senate Dems that just caved should be ashamed of themselves.

I am not sure I can continue to be a Democrat with these IDIOTIC Senate Dems CAVING to Rs. Do they have NO ability to understand what Tuesday's elections were about? We WANT LEADERSHIP. We WANT Dems to show a spine. You just handed the Rs the win that maintains their control in '26.

Here in Ottawa County, a generally red district a young, female Democrat, Abby Klomparens defeated an older, far-right, black conservative for the At-Large City Council seat 61%/39%. This is a sea change.

I'm listening to oral arguments at SCOTUS regarding Trump's tariffs - it is fascinating. Kagan's comment "we have emergencies ALL THE TIME" was classic, and Sotomayor saying "tariffs are taxes, I can't understand your argument" to Solicitor was the ultimate smack.

Watching coverage of the UN "Speech" I can't believe commentators are treating it as serious on policy. It was ravings of a madman. Say it. There was no cohesion, no policy, no logic or through line in any of it. He riffed.

SOMEBODY STOP TRUMP AT UN.
He is an embarrassment. Lord have mercy on us - we are a parahia nation.
Awful.

Who wrote Trump's speech at the UN? A series of real whoppers....delivered in the style of a 4th grader trying to convince you they didn't do something they actually did.
And now he thanks El Salvador for accepting deportees (political prisoners).
RAPTURE NOW!! TAKE HIM AWAY!

Watching coverage of UN pre the Great Leader's speech - why are they trotting out Mrs. Great Leader? Are they in enough trouble that they need Melania propping it all up?

Did Vance keep his mouth shut today? I haven't seen any clips with him flapping.

4,000 patriots showed up in Holland, MI to protest the Trump Administration. Ancestral home of Betsy DeVos and Eric Prince, a very diverse crowd of all ages showed Holland and the country who we REALLY are.

The let-them-eat-cake vibe of Trump golfing while our economy burns is enough to put satirists out of work. And I’d almost be able to swallow the maddening absurdity if Trump and his Republican barnacles would just admit their galactic-level hypocrisy.

Trump is intentionally murdering the stock market. Imagine if Biden did that. | Opinion
While Americans reeled from watching the economy tank and their retirement accounts get slap-chopped, Donald Trump spent the weekend golfing.

Lansing, MI we heard from Debbie Stabenow, Dana Nessel, Abdul Al-Sayed and other MI legislators. Huge crowd. Holland, MI had 1500 people out - a real sea change.

Overheard at the hairdresser yesterday:
"I read on the internet that THEY are asking people to help buffalo in Yellowstone - THEY want people to help brush snow off the noses of the buffalo"

Apparently, buffalo have mastered the internet and are hungry for man-flesh.

When Congress has to declare a day is not a day in order to support Trump - we are all on Earth 2. I do not know how Republican Congresspersons can look themselves in the mirror
