I have been running a few pbta games, and love the system. Even wrote a few rulesets in the system to run campaigns in. Good fun all around.
The only reason I dont use it exclusively is I feel like progression is a little more stagnant on the player side. I got some other gripes, but not worth sayn

I would be willing to look into pf2e. Is it more like 3.5 was, or did they redo the whole system? I've been into simpler systems as of late, with a heavier reliance on story telling.
