Our report has already been covered by news outlets including The Guardian and Forbes. Now you can make sure your member of Congress sees it, too!

You can help us defend public health by clicking here to write to them and tell them to reject MAHA and adopt IHAT.

Science friends, life is complicated and difficult, especially now.

But if you are refusing to peer review other peoples' papers while you are still asking other people to peer review your papers, you are going to get some side-eye from me.

Defend Public Health has released the IHAT Report: Improving the Health of Americans Together. IHAT is based on scientific evidence. MAHA is based on RFK Jr.’s lies. #IHATnotMAHA #IHAT #MAHA

I can't both keep up with all of the things and be hypervigilant over the crumbling of our social fabric. I just can't.

It's the guns.
CDC gunman had no prior criminal history, but police had responded to family reports of suicide risk. Patrick Joseph White, 30, broke into father's gun safe, shot CDC buildings nearly 200 times, and killed DeKalb PD Officer David Rose before committing suicide, GBI Director Chris Hosey says.

Dr. BK I can't stop thinking about all those bullet markers laid out at CDC.

I work in Guatemala and foreign researchers there are prone to saying how the population is inured to violence. But here we are, just moving on from yet another mass shooting.
