Super fun to watch Councilmembers try to articulate why a Little Free Library is just neighborly kindness, the sort of thing every suburban homeowner would welcome on their street, but something like a free food fridge is absolutely different and needs to go before the zoning board.

The mind altering coffee experience is when you go to a place that makes cocktails out of coffee. Not alcoholic, but they figured out a way to mixology coffee.

Saw an argument about somebody who setup a plex server to get rid of their streaming services. They were ripping blu rays the old fashioned way and someone suggested to go to a library cause you can borrow and make a copy and return it.

I will say though that I noticed awhile ago that the Black women that the U.S. tech industry actually did hire were not African American, or of they were, they were light skinned + had exotic names
& I think this has something to do with why me and @sassycrass.bsky.social never got jobs ourselves.
