Some jurisdictions have made a real effort and it shows in the numbers. This is a demonstration that mitigation is possible, countering the “we can’t do anything about it” narrative. Therefore it is so important.

Norway has significant tax subsidies for home ownership, that rise with income and wealth. The more expensive your home, the higher the tax subsidy. This leads to a highly uneven distribution of living space, high costs, tiny rooms for students, too large houses for the elderly. 2/

Keine Frage. Die ganze liberale Ordnung, innerhalb derer FFF erfolgreich war, ist jetzt unter die Räder gekommen. Das ist nicht ein Versagen von FFF, sondern unserer Gesellschaft insgesamt. Wir brauchen ein breiteres Narrativ und Wille zur politischen Organisation und Handlung, um dem zu entgegenen.
