- select it in the task bar
- press alt and space together
- use the keys (no mouse) to select “move”
- now use the mouse to reposition

For BASIC I use zmakebas (I copy-pasted those TV schedules into DATA statements, and auto line-numbered them no bother etc etc). ZXBlockeditor and ZXPaintbrush are pretty indispensable too. For assembly I like SjASMPlus (but PyZ80 has specific support for SAM).
