I was taking abt it w yukie last night and I genuinely feel like the xibruq pibil arc was where DT absolutely shined and was the best writing of the xpac. I definitely have my issues w Mamook as it unfolded but that whole story of breaking bread together to understand each other got me in my heart.

😏: Doing daily quests to get exalted with the Knights of the Ebon Blade back in wotlc because the quests were fun and werent manditory and it was cool

Desperately wishing Blizzard shared news on the current canon year more regularly. Like. Is TWW another MoP situation where all of the entire xpac happens within the span of a single canon year? Or did TWW start in Year 42 & now we’re beyond that? I wish we knew.

Got one of those Xpac Steamdeck bags that seem well liked. Need to put it through its paces. I also need to figure out how the logo is affixed to remove it, I assume it’s adhesive and a heat gun does the trick.

XIV : The goal for the months until the next xpac is to casually get enough jobs to 100 that job isn't a barrier to finding a static when i raid again. 1 prdps, 1 mrdps, 2 melee, 1 sheal, 1 pheal, 2 tanks. Got the first 5 done. With all of them, can focus on finding the best time and culture fit

all of those quests were so fucking bad and caster in specific felt like it was written by someone who skimmed a summary of hw and never played it. but that moment in particular stuck out as being so egregiously awful even in a badly written storyline, in an xpac w some p rancid political stances

i would add the pity drop system from leveling dungeons to non-current xpac end dungeons, i.e. you get a guaranteed item for your class that you do not already have from each run unrelated to chest drops. any 50/60/70/80/90 dungeon should drop guaranteed gear so glam farming is less agonizing :3
