Today started back to working out and tracking food. And majorly cut back on alcoholic beverages. Hopefully this will last...but need to get back to it, for my health.

Back to working out. Warm up walking then 3 sets 10 reps each of leg raises, sumo squats and curtsy lunges. Getting the endorphins going for positivity as well as health. My workout buddy was supervising. 😄🏋‍♀️💕🐾
