Hurtful or harmful experiences with what is deemed anger often creates a longstanding trauma response to anger, thus resulting in its true potency being marginalized. But lasting change, especially in the face of abuse or oppression, requires anger. It is the emotion that tells us where the line in the sand is drawn and what action needs to be taken. It is a necessity. Providing an overview of the different nuanced faces through which anger can appear, this presentation will connect the main five to the Avalonian goddesses, highlighting each particular anger guidance and how to work with it with our own lives and communities.
