I believe artichokes and asparagus are simply delivery systems for mayonnaise, just a fish and chips are for malt vinegar.

My actual favorite chips are specific though and Voodoo tastes like salt and vinegar plus Cajun spices and the spicy Crawtators are very paprika forward and nice.

I'm not doing cleanings that frequently but I'm using dishwasher cleaning products and not vinegar. That much vinegar is really not enough to do a deep cleaning.
If you have bottled dishwasher cleaners in your market, the kind with the wax plug, those work fantastically.

I call myself bad at this collecting thing but tbh at this point I'm pretty much working in restoration. Singlehandedly I've prevented a bunch of production materials from Osokun 1988 melting beyond recognition and the rest becoming eternally tainted with an unapproachable scent of vinegar
