Haven't posted in like 4 or 5 days so my update is I am introducing my grandparents to TTRPGs by running Vekari for them. Did a session zero to explain how to make characters and encourage them to give them more detail and personality. In true Vekari fashion, this is going to be chaos.

Vekari Player Character booklet cover, with a condensed character sheet on the back Vekari TTRPG Forgotten Temple one-sot front cover and inner flap "A short, one-session adventure through Griffin Falls, a floating city built around a lone mountain in the ocean in the Western-most reaches of Atraria. The waterfall that runs through the center of the mountain is said to hold mystical powers, and for whatever personal reasons, the players have decided to visit and investigate. As it is a popular tourist location for adventurers and the resistance, players first meet with a tour guide named Ves Selk inside a bar atop the largest of the floating islands called The Drunken Gren. Setup: Minimum players: 3, or 2 if the player character has a well-trained pet/familiar Players should be asked to make Level 1 characters with the default equipment. They should come up with a backstory/reason for wanting to explore Griffin Falls. Cyberware is not used in this adventure but each player may bring up to 1 pet/familiar. GM will begin by describing meeting Ves. He is described as a reptillian human, covered in green scales and dressed in loose, thin materials that would dry quickly, including a pale blue litham.

No Dice? No problem! Print one of the below dice spinners and grab two paperclips or safety pins. Place one flat on top of the image with a round end over the center. Open and flatten out the other and hold it vertically in the center, forming a spinner! You can use these to spin from D4-D20, from the inside out. The images included are a Vekari swirl pattern, a transparent version for you to put your own images on, and a completely blank transparent version for you to make your own with! These are entirely open license, you don't need to credit, use them for whatever you need! Simply right click to download, transparent versions are shown with white backgrounds for visibility. Three RPG dice spinners, one with a black and neon blue swirl, one with no background, and one with no background and no numbers.
