Chocolate for longevity? Yep.

Skip Oreos—go for 70–100% cacao. It’s packed with antioxidants & polyphenols. I mix mine with soy milk + stevia for a power hot choc. 🌱💪

Raw vs Frozen Veggies? 🥦❄️

Frozen often has more nutrients—flash frozen right after harvest. Raw loses nutrients just sitting around.

Use both! Frozen = convenience. Raw = regular rotation.
