International Conference on “Promoting Tourism through Artificial Intelligence” 📍Kuwait 📅 11 February 2026 Jointly organized by UN Tourism and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the State of Kuwait, within the framework of the 52nd session of the Regional Commission for the Middle East, the Conference will be held under the theme “Promoting Tourism through Artificial Intelligence”. The conference will spotlight regional leadership, national AI strategies, private sector innovations and success stories, while advancing the outcomes of the Riyadh Declaration for the Future of Tourism. Through high-level dialogue and expert insights the programme will focus on turning Artificial Intelligence potential into practical solutions that enhance destination marketing, improve visitor experiences, strengthen competitiveness, and support sustainable tourism development across the region. Bringing together ministers, industry leaders, innovators, and global partners, the Conference will also provide the occasion for the launch of the UN Tourism Middle East Communications Startup Challenge and the workshop “Unlocking AI for Tourism” co-designed by Amadeus IT Group and UN Tourism addressed to officials from UN Tourism Member States.
