#typical
So #TheBeach is about a typical spoiled white male backpacker douchebag (portrayed by #LeonardoDiCaprio), looking for “thrills”. He hears about THE BEST BEACH - and hangs out at various beaches for VIRTUALLY THE ENTIRE FILM. A dull movie centred on beach life - what could be worse than that? Ⓐ

working through sentient races in my current #worldbuilding project and going in circles on how divergent races using a common name can be from typical before they don't fit well. set on some versatile ones (elves, orcs, dwarves), but stuck on if i want to use firbolg, largely since it's more niche

SC extends pause on order requiring full SNAP payments
paused through 11:59 p.m. Thursday.provided no explanation, as is typical in the court’s responses to emergency requests” WAPO

Schumer! Typical, you know. Jefferirs, an unwilling black male, stepped into Prlosi’s shoes. TIME for AOC TO RULE!
Congressional Democrats are livid after a handful of their Senate colleagues voted Sunday to end the government shutdown. Chris Murphy called it a mistake. Bernie Sanders called it “a very bad night.” And Ro Khanna and Seth Moulton accused Chuck Schumer of being ineffective & called for his removal.
‘Schumer is no longer effective’: Dems outraged over shutdown deal

I met the co-founder of Soylent. He ran the Georgia Tech Rocket club during my first year there.

In many ways your typical engineer: Dry, non-emotive, eternally young-looking.

He essentially founded the company by accident; nutrition drinks were an affordability lifehack for him.
Soylent co-founder Rob Rhinehart steps down as CEO | TechCrunch
After an eventful (and sometimes challenging) year for Soylent, co-founder Rob Rhinehart announced today that he will resign as the meal replacement shake company’s chief executive officer. That posit...

Typical crappy CCP job. Events like this happen more often than most Westerners think, but China tyranny manages to hide many tragedies via heavy internet censorship. This one was too big to hide.

Typical righty policy

It sounded like Thailand probably required a lot of his time in a way that a more typical shooting location should not.

Although him also working on Legion resulted in probably the worst (relatively) of the Fargo seasons, so maybe I don't want him trying to do Fargo S6 while doing Alien

That's more in-line with what I'd assumed. A very brief Google (AI) search said vouchers were 10k and typical annual private school tuition was 11k, leaving a 1k gap. That didn't seem right.

The enzyme produces the diterpene diol jiangning-3,15-diol, which features a tricyclic skeleton with an additional hydroxyl group, unlike typical type I diterpene synthase products.

I am the mom to a 2-day old…. Those creators who film their typical nights with a newborn are insane 😂

I haven't been an active member of a church since before the pandemic and every church I ever attended had a food pantry so I was surprised that wasn't typical and other churches turn people away but... None of those food pantries could replace SNAP for even one family.

My buddy "Dribble" and I are *SO* ready to fly through that awful Big Bad campaign (ugh, the Calypso Twins) and blast past the typical teenage whining of Ava, and dive into the Bounty of Blood DLC! 🤠

No one in my family served in WWII--wrong ages or deferred--& my dad and 1 uncle both served in Korea.

And that's it. No one in Vietnam (too young) & no one since the draft was ended.

Pretty typical in my social circle. Some grandfathers who fought in WWII but nothing since.

It struck me (and Vladeck shares this view) that there is significance to the omission of the typical locution “and by [Justice Jackson] referred to the Court,” and its replacement with “is referred to the Court."

The majority seems to have actively taken it away from her so it could do this.

Typical of the London- focused media to continually talk about the May ‘Local Elections’. In May, two of the three constituent nations of the UK will have full elections for their devolved Governments.

Not even regional…

Local.

Independence plz

Typical elite commentary here. The real story, as has always been the case, is that the woke alphabet mafia have been preventing us all from having sex with our wives and so must be made to be treated as second class citizens. And don't even get me started on them migrants!
An astonishing number of people in the Labour party have forgotten that the modal Labour member is a socially concerned current or retired middle class public sector worker in their mid-50s who dislikes being referred to as 'cis' but also thinks you should respect people's pronouns.

Every night I take the train home I cant tell what it is because the signage is always out on the 1st 5 or 6 cars and the conductor either doesnt make announcements or doesnt announce it in the station, or its inaudible. Train could be N or W or R. Doesnt matter what time between 4:30 and 7:00.
