Tsintaosaurus was very fun, with its fun modern design, it was a splash of a hadrosaur to have.
Sadly in JWE 2 it lost a lot of its glamour, the skin and sound department especially took a hit, I've been missing its old beautiful songs :(

Tsintaosaurus was very fun, with its fun modern design, it was a splash of a hadrosaur to have.

There’s a load of dinosaurs with postal names, too. Tsintaosaurus comes to mind immediately, it was found near Laiyang, Shandong, and named for Qingdao, the province’s biggest city. Being translated from the original Chinese work in the fifties, it got the old transliteration of the city’s name.

Aerostatic expansive external pneumatic tissues in hadrosaurs (and some other #dinosaurs) are not a novel theory of today's paleoartists. It goes back almost 50 years to the late 70s-early 80s. However, it was exclusive to hadrosaurine/saurolophine #hadrosaurs.
