I like the extra small of 25mm bases. And with some of the dwarfs I have no idea how they even ranked up on 20mm bases. Mainly thinking of the trollslayers.

I think designwise I just really like squigs as an accessory for Night Goblins. They are undoubtably silly for sure. But really so are fanatics, which are likely as iconic as trollslayers in the grand scheme of things. (I do love Slayers though. Bill King's short stories got to me young.)

While the Skaven seem to definitely be influenced by Fritz Leiber, this has always been my take too. The single best idea in WHF? The Trollslayers. The single best visual? The steroidal remix of Franzetta's Deathdealer that is the Chaos Warrior.
But Skaven, as a whole, are total iconic weirdos.

Ah, the glorious tradition of not-orange Trollslayers! ❤️🔥
Remembered this old Warhammer battle photo from 1992 (4th ed. rulebook) and to this day I am not only amazed by that (back then) unheard of large horde of wolf riders but also by the colourful, punk Trollslayer unit. We're so used I see them with uniformly orange hair today. Great stuff.
