I'm 50/50 on the new Trackmaster Thomas line.
The proportions and details are MUCH better than the 2014 TM2 line, but I don't like how long the switch lever is and how they are still using the TM2 chassis that doesn't let them free roll (unless you take out the motor).

Here's my attempt at a model of Dübs Crane Engine No. 4101. He is made from a Harvey bodyshell that I repaired using the cab and crane arm from a Trackmaster/Motor Road And Rail Harvey. The only part I haven't fully painted was the inside of the cab.

Just like the AEG engines, my only major issue with these is their height, they're too large to work with the 'Tomy', classic 'Trackmaster'/ 'Motorized' sets.

Finally managed to grab the 80th "Load n' Launch Barrel Delivery" set from Smyths.
Putting this together rekindled a flame i've not had since childhood, i legit nearly forgot how much fun playing with #ThomasTheTankEngine #Trackmaster really was. Definitely worth the £50. A solid 10/10 bundle.
