Overnight oats are a great cold alternative to oatmeal, and less rubbery than oatmeal refrigerated overnight. I prefer my overnight oats prepared with almond milk, dried fruit, cinnamon, and nutmeg. #breakfast #oats #mealprep #mealplanning #thoughts2025

Lots of ingredients can be used to make a great sauce or dressing. Some that I recommend: soy sauce, sriracha or other spicy sauce, sesame oil, mustard, mayo, ketchup, lime juice, pickle juice, and plain yogurt. Added bonus is a cleared out fridge. #diysauce #saucecooking #leftovers #thoughts2025

U-time: 1. If you have a clock-check, your manual time should serve your purpose (eg day/month/–year). 2. Set timers, reminders for key events; determine day, week routine. 3. Set calendar (eg calendar->start-mon/sun) as preferred. #solotimer #solocalendar #personplanning #2025thoughts #thoughts2025

Some recipes have built in backup plans. Pita bread that is too thin can make excellent pita chips. Pasta with cheese sauce for a casserole can be split with some set aside to enjoy as mac and cheese. #backupcooking #mealstrategy #dynamicfoodprep #thoughts2025
