University students: Did you ever wonder about evaluations and if you should be honest?

1. It's complicated. First of all, research has shown really clearly that #TeachingEvaluations are biased AF. Like studies where a totally online class has the same instructor but two names used-

I just realized that because the next academic year will be my last before retiring i won’t have to write up an annual activities report where I have to convert my teaching evaluation “grade” into points that are used to assess my salary. HOORAY👍👍👍👋👋👋😎🙏 #academia #teachingevaluations #assessment
