I need some schadenfreude but all the rich investors are willing to to blow Musk and keep his stock propped up because they can Nazi nor admit he’s a sort-of smooth talker and/or they’re dumb.

I’m still thinking about “quiet, piggy.” No president should be able to speak to a member of the press that way and remain president. That moment encapsulates how vile, misogynistic, and horrible that man is.

If they had any sense the libdems should be taking advantage by getting an exciting leader and straight talker who can cut through - the greens are gaining ground , certainly in the locals but the LD’s have the MP representation so a shorter runway ..

here's feveryn again after a gazillion years! i've tried to draw him like 3 separate times and this was the only one i was mildly happy with lol. also a piper cameo. and a larita cameo. and also Him

a forest setting. in the foreground is a young man, hanging upside down with spider silk wrapped around his boot. he has grey hair, and the skin around his hands are mottled in a grey carapace. four greyish white arms extrude from his back, the top right and bottom left crossing to make a makeshift bow.

in the background is a girl with black-yellow hair huddling by a fire, and another girl with mint hair snoring across from her. they're piper and larita, two other ocs, respectively. behind piper is a shadow.

fev's not much of a talker. his tangled lineage, inheriting from his bluebottle-like mother and spiderlike weaver sire, makes him somewhat of a mutant. he has a speech impediment that makes it hurt for him to speak at all, and when he does, most that he can manage is just a couple words at a time. thankfully, he inherited his mother's ability to detect and passively absorb excess emotions, which makes his traveling companions quite convenient - a fairy whose barely contained angst made them lifelong friends since birth, and a newly introduced worm whose cheerful face hides a depressive storm he cant resist trying to quell. anything excess produces a venom based on the emotions, just like phrania - black for fear, pink for longing, and, very rarely in the wild forest he calls home, orange for joy

where fev lacks in communication, he makes up with his hunting skills. like his sire, he has extra limbs erupting from his back, but unlike his sire during their life, he has much better control over them, able to string them like a bow as he hunts down food for those he watches over. he's very resourceful, though, preferring to string some silk so that he can retrieve his arrows while they're still useful... occasionally grappling himself around, or tearing them right out of his targets. his party trick is stringing both pairs of arms and dual wielding two bows at once

A little emotional sometimes. Not having to vacuum twice a day, or sweep literal piles of hair like it's snowed and have your dog talking back to you while you grumpily do it does still make me smile though. He was a talker.
