because that's where my first love lies--and I think that's true for many creators, regardless of our medium or practice: we are storytellers, or storyweavers. finding patterns in the world around us and making them into beautiful webs, or tapestries to leave behind and share the stories within us.

Rather than beat them up, I would like to give these storyweavers a literary award or two. 😂
Though the Masters of the Night-Wind support creative storytelling freedom, even made-up stories must meet certain basic standards. At the very least, people should have to qualify as storytellers before they go about telling them! It stands to reason, therefore, that fringe storyweaving societies that violate this rule must be shut down. In this case, the particular group in question have made their base over at Near Tezcatepetonco Range. Seriously, if you saw what they've been weaving on their scrolls, you'd be as horrified as I am! Not only have they made the outlandish claim that the Pyro Dragon Sovereign was female, but they've even gone a step further by insinuating that she and the mighty Xbalanque... It all sounds pretty amusing, but I think we can all agree that we'd be better off if someone could get them to keep a slightly lower profile for now.
