The poster session at #STATPHYS29 was a fantastic experience! Our GRASP team (University of Liège – www.grasp.uliege.be) presented real-time experiments, which generated a lot of interest. We’re grateful for the valuable feedback and inspiring discussions with colleagues from across the globe.

Ready for my keynote about biological complexity and the role of Complex Networks at the Statphys29 satellite on "Complexity in living systems"

Adaptation, evolution and thermodynamics far from equilibrium.

I can't disentangle #ComplexSystems from the beauty emerging from any corner of my #Sicily
July 8, 2025 at 6:48 PM
The week after that, I'll be at Statphys29 in Florence.

At both meetings I'll speak about new work on the evolution of complex vesicle traffic networks in proto-eukaryotes.

Looking forward to catching up with many old friends on this trip!
