ALFA tag even allowed us to explore trifunctional fluorescence complementation (TriFC), targeted protein degradation and super-resolution sptPALM imaging for the notoriously difficult to work with Arabidopsis IRT1 root iron transporter.

#Python, #Seaborn & #Pandas is growing on me. Some synthetic data to plot average diffusion coefficients etc of tracks in individual bacterial cells (independent repeats of different conditions). #sptPALM is hard. Getting there @jmakela.bsky.social + @loreoliv.bsky.social

Some colleagues bought some #pioreactors for our next set of #sptPALM experiments. Stable for 100+ hours and you can exchange as much buffer as you like after reaching threshold (saw tooth). Excellent value for money it looks like.
