I want to release a small 2D platformer asset pack on Itch!
Currently, it includes:
- A level BG (with parallax layers)
- A grass tileset with platform tiles
- A character and a small enemy spritesheet (templates)
- A health bar spritesheet
Some ideas what needs to be added? 😊

i think the UV Warp modifier is for the big spritesheet, so with different values you can swap out the face/body/mouth sprites on the DaVinci character and other flat 2d elements, by adjusting the x and y offset on the UVs. but i'm not sure.

It's been since '18 or '19 for me. iirc, there was a tool to import link's spritesheet directly into the rom, I used Aseprite to draw it. Don't remember having tools for compressed sprites (anything that wasn't link), though, so I had to paint over the rom directly, for that.

When #Unity causes bugs 🐜
Updated tilemap for new #PixelArt, nothing moved in the #spritesheet, but Unity decided to break when I re-sliced - somehow re-indexed everything.
Not the delay I needed, but the #Puzzledorf update is still coming soon 🕹️
