An interpretation of how Cap'n Cuttlefish and DJ Octavio from Splatoon (2015) would look like as Mixels. • The Cap'n is a Flexer Mixel, with black tentacles protruding out his cap. • The DJ is a Nixel, having a blocky shape and his helmet being grey instead of gold, his wasabi stalks have been replaced with Nixel branded stamps. Within the drawing, we see small drawings of the characters' original designs, with the Cap'n making fun of the DJ's Nixel design for being tiny, with a speech bubble with "小さい!" (small) written inside of it, the DJ is annoyed.

bunch of sketches i made for a funny little SplatMixels (Mixels x Splatoon) AU of mine from months ago, featuring two new characters that i'm hoping to show off real soon!

A bunch of sketches based around a Splatoon X Mixels crossover, in which the characters from the Nintendo game are redesigned to fit within the limits of the Mixels character design, drawn in a traditional format, which includes: • Cap'n Cuttlefish reciting a story to Chomly and Flain from the original Mixels line, Flain gets so bored that he starts sleeping, Chomly is wearing glasses and is intrigued by the story. • M.C. from Mixels Unite with a Splattershot. • King Nixel and DJ Nixon (o.g. DJ Octavio) having an argument while Major Nixel scratches his head. • DJ Nixon inside the "Nixelbot King". • Cap'n Cuttlefish, DJ Nixon, and Naut from the original Mixels line lined up together below the phrase "The Old Men™", Naut has no relation to either the Cap'n nor the DJ, but is here for the vibes. • A Nixel wearing Octoling Goggles with ribbon strands mimicking the original kelp strands from the Elite Octolings, holding a knife. • A Nixel on top of an Octotrooper machine shooting what could be interpreted as oil. • Shiver, Frye, and Big Max (o.g. Big Man) looking directly at the viewer in shock and confusion. • Frye holding a cubit, ready to make a Mix. • An angry Shiver. • Tentro coming out of a puddle of ink, similar to how Inklings do it in their swim form. • Lil' Buddy facing the viewer. • A mix between Mix Sisters (o.g. Squid Sisters) members Mara (o.g. Marie) and Cara (o.g. Callie), with four legs and arms, with the "Chorus of Calamari County" notes floating nearby as a sort of effect. • A mix between Off the Hook members Whirl (o.g. Pearl) and Malina (o.g. Marina), with propeller blades on each hand. • A max between Deep Cut members Shiver, Frye, and Big Max, depicting a shark-like creature with a long body. • Malina looking sad, similar to Marina's sad expression during the Inkopolis News segments. • Whirl eating mayonnaise out of a jar with a spoon. • Cara being mischievous. • Mara with three coconapples.
